In this paper we reconsider the previous assessment of collission strengths, now mostly presented as cross sections, for excitation of He (11S) to He (n1,3L) states (n=2-4, L=0-3). Due to the appearance of additional theoretical results the assessment can now be often given within smaller error limits than before for the singlet levels, as well as for the lower triplet levels (n=2). For the higher excited triplet states more studies are desirable to reduce the possible errors.
